Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university; Ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders; Skills in community/resources mobilization; Knowledge of alcohol and substance of abuse legislation, policy and related mitigation; Knowledge of programme design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and budgeting; Minimum 3 years relevant work experience; Must be proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office); Excellent communication skills (English and Kiswahili both oral and written).
