Country Manager – East Africa Location: Nairobi, Kenya   Line Manager: Regional Manager – East Africa Job Purpose We begin with our consumers, we make delicious foods you can feel good about & we believe we can make a delicious difference everywhere.   As Country Manager East Africa, you will contribute to this by delivering the medium to long term growth objectives for the business across Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia and surrounding markets, through developing key distribution partnerships and relationships with key customers in these markets. Key Accountabilities Market development of our brands in Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia and surrounding markets by identifying and developing new business opportunities across our product categories as well as developing trade development plans to implement overall market strategy Achieving sales target by Country as well as the overall East Africa target through driving distributor sales monthly through Market Establishment as well as ensuring consistent stock levels across range in relevant countries, to supply all customers Develop and implement Channel Strategy for both Modern and Traditional Trade in each of the countries to deliver growth maximization and consumer impact. Ensure appropriate product pricing for each market to guarantee realization of our revenue and margins ambitions.
