Chemonics International Inc., a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, seeks experienced, senior level specialists for an anticipated five-year, USAID-funded project to strengthen the enabling environment for decentralization and improve sub-national government capacity and performance in Kenya.  We seek candidates with prior experience in one or more of the following fields: civil society and legislative strengthening, civic education, administrative, fiscal and political decentralization, and strengthening public financial management systems.  Individuals shall possess a demonstrated track record of sub-national government strengthening, reform, and support with evidence of responsible managerial experience implementing complex donor-funded projects with multiple activities and objectives.  We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
