Land O’Lakes International Development: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist Land O’Lakes International Development is a division of Land O’Lakes, Inc., a U.S. food and agricultural cooperative that implements humanitarian and economic development activities for donor agencies, is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist Description Based in Nairobi, the Global M&E specialist will be supporting the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation in Land O’Lakes international development programs.  Main responsibilities will be to assist development programs during the main stages of M&E including, but not limited to: start-ups, baselines, on-going monitoring activities and reporting, assessments and improvements, close-outs, final surveys and reporting of data.  Also, main responsibilities will include close coordination with the M&E, Communications, Information Systems and other teams at the home office to make sure that their standards are effectively implemented in the M&E process and systems.  This position will also be a key collaborator with New Business Development
