Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Sales Lead (IT) f or one of its clients, an IT Business Solutions provider.  The Sales Lead’s (IT) overall function will be to create and to develop strong ongoing business relationships with the client’s senior managers, technical supervisors, engineers and technicians on Security products and solutions The incumbent will specifically be responsible for the following: Identify market gaps and partner alignment opportunities; Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims; Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy; Provide solution and technology expertise; Facilitate access to and utilization of reseller communities; Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. The successful candidate should have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing; At least Four (4) years working experience in a similar industry; At least Two (2) years working experience in sales of AV/AS solutions, Firewall solutions, Data loss prevention solutions and Encryption required; Experience providing security solutions.
